CAN I CANCEL THE SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN BOOKED FOR ME BY THE CONCIERGE?

Yes, it is possible to cancel, but with sufficient time, in order not to prejudice the supplier of the reserved service. The CONCIERGE will inform us at the time of booking of the deadline for this cancellation.

IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I NEED IN THE LIST, CAN I ASK FOR IT?

You can request it by clicking on the last red button on the SERVICE LIST entitled “I can’t find what I need”.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DOES IT TAKE TO REQUEST A SERVICE?

This depends on many factors such as the type of service, date, number of people, etc., but it is recommended to do so as soon as possible. To obtain a better Booking and at the BEST POSSIBLE PRICE.

WHO ARE THE CONCIERGE'S SERVICE PROVIDERS?

This is any company or person legally authorized to provide a service. The concierge’s job is to select for you the best service at the best possible price.

 

These public or private companies are professionally responsible for the services they provide. The work of the CONCIERGE is that of guidance, orientation, advice, facilitation, proposal, look for a good realization, to go all the way… just like the work done by a HOTEL CONCIERGE.

HOW TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES BOOKED BY THE CONCIERGE?

This will depend on the type of services reserved, but in general, services will be paid DIRECTLY to the supplier. To this end, the CONCIERGE will give us precise instructions on how to make the payment.

 

The CONCIERGE may assist the SERVICE PROVIDER in issuing a PROFORMA budget or invoice, but only the service provider will issue the final invoice or receipt to the customer.
