A good CONCIERGE must have a service vocation and a very large portfolio of contacts in countless sectors to fulfill any desire a client may have under the law.
The concierge, as the French say, performs a very different and special task from that of the receptionist or Public Relations. The receptionist is mainly responsible for registration and check-out, while Public Relations coordinates all departments before, during and after a VIP client’s stay, but the Concierge is the person who can answer even the most curious or difficult client requests.
